mhmm true all u have to do is if u place a legacy item in the vendor that it gives the new version. but we'll see i think it's nice to see in hard mode for sure.

affixes have tiers because of the existence of divines.
uniques are not as powerful as rares and have a wide range of rolls.

i think its pretty balanced and if divines were to be removed crafting gg items would be almost impossible.

it would make uniques more interesting, yes, but they could also just make divines only work on non-unique items.

Affixes do not have tiers because of divines. You can't change affix tiers with them.

you know how i know you're a casual? you think divine orbs is one of the reasons unique items go down in price.

Why not just limit them?

Just change them to not work on uniques, if the goal is making chase uniques more desirable.

Crafting items...probably should still work as you aren't going to see 300+ of 1 item like you will with uniques.

It's definitely a decent idea to make uniques seem less like trash drops, but honestly they need to unnerf a ton of them now, after all they destroyed the skill gem creep, which was the reason they were nerfed in the first place.

Honestly I'd find the 3.15 changes a lot more palatable if they had unnerfed all the uniques, these games live on gear, and live on the acquisition of said gear.
