I'm here to defend PoE against any accusations of being a "pay to win" game

Been playing for about a month and can't believe this game is f2p. I don't mind paying for stash tabs at all given with content thats there now. See how I feel in another month or so I guess.

And only thing they ever sold here is Bling-Bling which is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.!

Didn't know my stash tabs are bling-bling.

Ok, apart from Stash Tabs then. 98% of everything else is nothing but Bling-Bling.
Except for those Stash Tabs that is pure nonsense, and really have no use.

It is mostly not P2W. Scrotie brings up the only counter example, which is not too bad really. As a counter counter example, when GGG released tab affinities I had guessed that they would charge for it. I was a bit surprised when not only did GGG not charge to access the tab affinity function, they made tab affinities available on premium stash tabs.

Me too. And next we got the heist locker and the expedition storage, which would have traditionally been tabs that we'd have to buy.

They moved away from that thought and I appreciate it.
Did you try turning it off and on again?

This new weeb shit game called "Tales of Arise" - they charge $60 for this complete weeaboo slop, just to stuff it to the brim with free level ups, permanent double exp boosts, and additional stat points and attacks locked behind DLC costumes, AKA "titles". And even OP weapons to boot!

PoE is free to play, and it's not even 1% as close to as pay to win as this weeb shit for $60 is.

This isn't the first game to do this by far, but it's one of the newer major infringers on "pay to play" + "pay-to-win". So, it's more recently relevant to the point.

Isnt Tales of Arise single player "offline" game? How can it be even considered P2W?

Who says offline games can't be P2W? If you can pay for some boost or the other it still qualifies (of course what counts as a 'boost' is a matter of debate, which is what people have been arguing over in this thread, but suffice to say it doesn't intrinsically apply only to online games). Games don't have to be online or competitive (which is what I think where your argument was going) in order to be P2W. PoE isn't competitive either and yet it gets accused of being P2W often enough, which is why this thread exists in the first place. Of course if your argument wasn't about competition, but some other aspect of being an online game that I've missed, then feel free to correct me and explain what your real argument is.

Times change and the use of P2W has morphed.

It use to be straight forward but companies twisted it through marketing and a lot of players changed their view to accept something in order to still enjoy games without feeling dirty for participating or to justify their habits so to speak.

P2W is much more accepted in the East but this change/move away from the old usage allowed more markets to be opened up globally.

If it were years back using an individual against themselves then yes it would have been more widely considered P2W. But nowadays its blurred to things like Pay to advance and pay for convenience etc. But to me is all the same, just tolerance lvls change.
Pain to Win
Full Harvest is besto waifu, give me 3.11 and/or 3.13 and take my money.

I do. If its offline, there is no winning. Its just "pay to skip the game". Its not winning.
