Also the title is objectively wrong. GGG don't license to Tencent.
If anything, all this does is remind me of how disastrous every attempt to license PoE has been. Thankfully Tencent made it much easier for PoE to crack a then-foreign market... If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
