Wouldn't count on 3.16 fixing anything. Chris already said that any big changes are coming in 3.17 and that it's too late to change anything for 3.16 beyond what is already planned. All we'll be getting are the usual nerfs, and maybe a few points of power added to the 1 alch uniques being released in 3.16.
