I believe 3.16 is a inflection point in PoE history.
It'll truly be the league to dispay the direction GGG wants to take the game and it will either keep its players or experience a mass exodus of players.

By the talks of it, it seems like GGG wants to "fix" their game. They're well aware about how bad expedition feels to most.
Question is, do they truly understand the majority of the playerbase?

I think it's hard to make a league worse than 3.15.
I'm pretty certain 3.16 will be much better. However, will it be good enough to restore peoples trust and fun in the game? That's to be seen.

3.16 will even worse than 3.15 because Charis said 3.16 will keep nerf the powerful build he think and D2 fans will back to D2R after 9.23.

i've tried d2r open beta and it was suprisingly solid experience

If They dont start to listening to the players then it will end just like old diablo3
