Why are their mobile games with better pvp? Or games with less cash shop funds & less playerbase?

Well once pvp has proper scaling, it'd reveal how to balance gear better too. Or else make gear more about unique builds, rather than these huge gaps of OP'ness.

A game where the skill tree gets larger every year (or should be), is based around luck of the draw for gear? A game with a infinite amount of balanced gems, is based around I-Win-Button-Item? Or should it be based on skill, with added knockbacks, new-ailments, & strategic planning? I'd prefer winning because of strategy, planning builds prior, & skill based piano'ing / movements. More importantly than farming for items. I understand it's a stat heavy game, but with future updates, that can be it's #2 reason for playing, while #1 should be aimed at strategy during combat.

1. We have pvp scaling but it doesnt work, to many variables

2. Yes it is all about gear. That why you can make everything work given enough currency. Thats why you have the same build doing 100k dps and 50 milion dps, with exactly the same tree, skill gems etc. PoE is, was, and will be about items.

Because of core design of the game you will never have strategic combat here. Ever. PvP in power fantasy games is just stupid. Go check Warframe as perfect example. They waste time, reasorces, patch and balance it every month and it has like 30 players... This just doesnt fit in here and never will. On top of that nobody wants it here. Go play game that focuses on PvP, it will be superior in every way to anything PoE can achieve. Its PvE game, end of story.

Yeah, real time PvP games or even turn based. What are the best ones in your opinion?

Been playing osrs cooking guide, and it's very cool but the PvP is boring.
