lag spikes at weekends

I just want to update my own problems since i had posted that i was having similar issues. The Royal is over and i can play freely with no problems at all. This will continue until the next Battle royal weekend and then ill be back here with people telling me its a bad fan or POE is just too much for my set up. All of the helpful things that happen here.
