Constant latency spikes

I'm having constant spikes from 60 to above 100 even while idle in the hideout. Moreover the latency goes to hundrends when fighting big packs of monsters. In every other game the latency is perfectly stable, but POE gives me some problems.
I updated my drivers, restarted the router, deleted temp folder, moved game to SSD and did more stuff suggested in various videos and guides, yet nothing seem to help.

System specs:

Here is my WinMTR report.

This is what it looks like in game:

Please help, i really want to complete the league challenges but lag is kiling me.

All I can say is "yes, me too".

Crazy latency spikes and then disconnects. This was not happening before the last update. Plays well sometimes and then it goes to hell. I've tried connecting to servers in different cities and still get the spikes.

I have played Diablo 3 and Latency is not jumping or the game is disconnecting.

How many complaints about the same problem does it take to get and answer?

Same issue here in Toronto.

You have packet loss AND increase to latency starting here -->
93.186.129.90 - 4 | 111 | 107 | 56 | 58 | 65 | 59 |

That's inside your ISP network, so you will have to contact them and ask what's going on......
Same, Frankfurt, Maris, London, Amsterdam.

Totally random and for multiples minutes.

Lost 2 maps (crash instance or whatever), lost XP too.
NOW!!! I know it is on the side of GGG!!!!
I lost so much in the past two days to these lags!!!!
Here is a video where i get lags in my own hideout but none in the map.

Below is the last part of my logs\Clients.txt maybe this will help

HanSolo did point out that your WinMTR report says otherwise. Different instances may use different routing, bypassing the problematic nodes managed by your ISP. It still means the issue is likely occurring on your ISP's end and you should talk to them about it. Can also try using a VPN in the meantime.

Thank you, i will try VPN. Could you please suggest what to do there?
Have a search online for some free or trial VPN's. It might let you bypass the problematic nodes shown in your WinMTR report in the meantime. There's quite a few VPN services out there, so do some google searches to see which one you would be happy with.

I would still recommend hitting up your ISP as well, provide them with the WinMTR report you provided everyone here. If it's something on their end, they really should sort it for you. That much packet loss isn't really acceptable imo.
Dont even bother with the vpn(Tried didnt fix a thing) its been happening to me for the last 3 weeks and this is the only game I have had any latency issues with. So tired of these half ass solutions on OUR end to fix GGG's problems. Instead of pumping out overpriced MTX every day why not do some server maintenance and keep your remaining player base.
