191 is nothing, were you really expecting HH in that few ? Not to mention the numbers of Ancients/Chance orbs required to see a HH have already been fully fleshed out by testers. 191 isnt even close to the number needed to see a HH.
Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!

Labyrinth salt farm miner.

"But my build diversity" , "Game is too hard!" - Meta drone playing the same 1-3 builds for years.

Yeah, the difference between 'increased' and 'MORE' is hard, I guess :P

FYI GGG is changing the gamble rates on Gwennen to print Headhunters for the players who stuck around. Save all your Gwennen reroll currency until the changes go through!

As a follow up to today's news, we are also making it easier to get more valuable unique items (like Headhunter) from Gwennen's gambling. We're hoping to deploy this as part of 3.15.1 or shortly after.

It's kinda funny; when they increased the chance of dropping logbooks by 54%, the thread was full of "54% increase of 0, is still 0"-comments. When they increase the chance of gambling a HH, they are suddenly "printing" them.

Are people really trying this hard to make everything seem like a negative?

It's not and you're smarter than that to not get it. Headhunter is an exceedingly rare aspirational item for a lot of people that should be rare. Logbooks are an exceedingly rare item that is core to the league that should be common, and when you don't find them you don't get access to content. Much like not finding maps when you don't find logbooks frequently the game just feels broken, but when you don't find headhunter things are find because it's not something you expect to find.

RNG gated content feels wrong all the time because it runs counter to how basically every other game works and it just doesn't work well.

So you agree that using the term "free Headhunters" based on an unknown increase in chances, is OK? Good? Not hyperbolic at all? Hence "trying to make everything seem like a negative".

I find enough Logbooks to make them special, while not too rare. There are several ways of making 'special' content like this very rewarding. RNG is one way. A very long, deterministic grind is another.
