Remove it if you can't fix it, just wanna be done with the challenges and quit the league.

Can confirm. Tried 30 maps before with various methods, the following worked in two:
Damage boss slighty (or orbs on twinned map)
Kite Flood Orbs to corner (don't damage, even with southbound)
Damage boss a little again, until more orbs spawn
Kite Orbs into corner
Repeat one more time, and get boss into cull range.
Gather 15+ orbs around (adjacent) to boss; cull boss. Orbs must be out of cull range for achievement.
