Hey everyone.

I'm trying to find a good rare belt but I have Bated Breath atm, and don't see anything as good. What's your opinion on it? If %res are capped, should I bother changing?

Thanks !

you can keep the Bated for now, it's really good option if you dont need any attributes or resistances on the belt.

For rare belt, I recommend to buy; item level 82 or ideally 85 crystal belt with crusader influence (or buy normal one and use crusader exalt on it). Then, you can harvest roll defenses and/or caster until you get; maximum ES + Inc Max ES + good rolls or strength on it. Typically you need minimum 35 Str to avoid taking any passive tree +30 Str. If you have attributes on your ring, then ignore the attributes and aim for 30-35% Increased Spell damage during flask use mod next to the ES rolls.

Got it, thank you! :)
I prepared 2 additional PoB for high-end budget builds. There are 3 build ideas for the high budget at the end game;

1. Normal tree as in the guide with Herald of Ice + Rest of the auras (including Grace)
2. Purity of Elements + Grace high reservation option. Absolutely must have Charisma annointment
3. Purity of Elements + Grace + Single Large Cluster setup. Again, Charisma is a must have and this provides 10% extra damage. Not worth it in my opinion but option is there.

Let me know if you have any question. I think taking Purity of Elements will make the build better, but reservation becomes a problem. I could fit but Conq. Efficiency jewel can be helpful until you get it going without it. Getting -7 Mana Cost for skills on the other ring definitely will help a lot.

How does this build counters corrupt blood? not seeing any flask to remove it on the budget pob

Nice I will take a look. At the moment I made a few changes to the original pob:
- Grace. I was tired of getting frozen and didn't want to take brine king.
- To compensate the loss of grace, I switched to lunaris for projectile avoidance and chain immunity. Its also got some extra elemental mitigation
- Removing arakali makes you more vulnerable to DoT so I took the mine mastery "Regenerate 2.5% of Life per second if you've Detonated a Mine recently". This has been great so far. It gets converted to ES by Zealot's Oath
- With the extra reservation I went for Purity of the Elements for ailment immunity. This also allows me to drop Pyromaniac in favor of Demolitions Specialist.
- Demo specialist doesn't calculate well in PoB but the masteries are affected by the 150% increased effect of auras from mines "Each Mine applies 2% reduced Damage dealt to Enemies near it, up to 10%". I'm not throwing a lot of mines so this is a small extra defense layer. It also applies to the damage one
- I pathed north of the thread of hope location to save a few passives and cut everything in the middle-top of the tree. Thread takes Arcane Focus, Essence Surge and Heart of Ice. With the extra point I took Foresight and some ES nodes to boost my survivability
- I'm currently sitting on 7.1k ES which is comfortable for mapping. The crusader crystal belt should bring me up to almost 8k ES
- Watcher's eye with clarity mod gives almost 500 more ES for a projected total of 8.5k
- I switched some links around to link Skitterbots with Unbound Ailments and Bonechill, this increases damage a lot and provides more freezes, its very noticable
- A big problem of the build is capping resists and attributes due to the amount of uniques. Purity of Elements helps with the resist part, freeing up a LOT of suffixes slots for better mods
- With an extra suffix I plan to get a frostbite on hit ring + whipsers of doom for a ton of extra damage
- The only defensive stats that needs work is physical damage mitigation. Purity of Elements mods all grant a phys to X at 10-12% which is great. Those run for 4-5ex right now
- I noticed that shields can roll gain 6% of mana as extra ES, that seems pretty OP on a prism guardian
- Tempering catalysts on chayula gave me almost 300 ES alone

I think that's it for now. I'm cruising in T16s now and doing guardian maps with Guardian's Aid without issues.

good upgrades. You don't have to drop Grace actually with Purity of Elements. check the new PoBs i posted this morning.

By the way from your PoB I think you take the 2 skill points from the bandits, but the text of the first post says to help Allira. Is it something you forgot to correct?
Hello and thanks for the guide. Funny enough, I came across the thread after going the Purity of Elements + Grace + Cluster route myself since yesterday.

So, overall the build is pretty strong but so far from my experience, it can be clunky when you're with very budget gear. I don't know about others but budget Life version vs budget LL version, the Life version felt better to me. That being said, once you start investing, LL is much superior indeed.

Some positives & negatives imho (for the version I'm doing) :

+Pretty tanky for what it is.
+Decent/good DPS, especially for single target.
+Ailment Immunity FeelsGoodMan.
+Chill gameplay cause mines.
+Good starter + transitioning for endgame.

-Slow mapping (I'm used to CoC IceSpear, Raider Lightning Strike, Frost Blades etc, so -very slow- for my type).
-Requires getting used to Mines gameplay.
-Dex requirements can be a pain (also STR if you're going the Steelskin route like myself).
-Positioning / detonation sequence for optimal DPS.

Overall, I like the build but I'm not sure how much more I'll invest on it. I usually do 2 builds per league, one "starter" with 30~60 ex budget, then switch to my next build which I invest everything I have, usually can go up to mirror's.
I am almost positive, this build is not one of those thats worth investing TONS, like 300++ exalts, I believe the scaling is not there / not worth.

Thoughts on that, appreciated!

Current gear :

Also saw some folks use militant faith jewels with inner conviction, seems like a good dps option. Also i thought about utilizing lethal pride with Strength of Blood keystone to turn life leech rating to less damage taken, with base 20% leech it is 10% less damage taken and some strength, which coupled with 10% less from mines and 15% less from blind asc seems quite good base mitigation. Personally i dont like purity of elements since you already have 2 immunities and regen from pyro is very strong. I personally was thinking about using arctic armour for some phys reduction and freeze immunity. Going hard content like juiced scourge maps and 30 waves of sim will require some defensive capabilities, since you cant oneshot all mobs there and have to survive.
nvm im a donkey
