What do you guys do with standard league characters when they transfer?

Just wondering, i just deleted my 20d playtime ultimatum guardian xd

I never went into Standard after a League ended. I either let them stay or delete them.

I play mainly play standard Hardcore so if I ever make a new character in a league I keep them around until they die. Some Standard characters I keep around to play with my family or face check content.

*Grabs a new box of Vanilla Wafers and prepares cold milk*

I delete them all. I don't play standard. When a league ends, I do spend about 2-3 hours migrating some stash tabs, just because. Then nuke that character as well.

I'm keeping every character above at least level 90 ... yeah I'm one of those people that buys character slots and even sorts standard stashes. I grow attached to characters, I'm not the zoomy type. ANd yeah doing that since 2013 ;)

This is me to, though I haven't been around that long.
I like to keep successes and the loser I barely got to 70 first player I made entirely blind. Couldn't even kill act10 boss... WEAK!
Some of the broken ones I knew would work get deleted, but for the most part I will buy slots to hang on to them.
And my stash is a nightmare, even though I am down to using about 17 tabs a league, standard is full of hundreds of tabs, I don't even want to think about them anymore.

I keep everything personally and i sometimes play standard or shop in there for things however i come and go from leagues when i am busy in real life or not interested in the league so i skip some and come back eventually and repeat.

That being said the last time i played i was really thinking i should just ignore leagues and stick to standard because of my lack of playtime from working a non-standard work schedule and i have family time to handle as well.

I am in bed by 6pm-7pm at the latest and i wake up at 2:30am for work which i work 4am to noon (12pm). With everything that goes on in my life i just do not have the time to dedicate to a 3 month cycle i get burnt out on i rather go at my own pace with my life schedule.

I keep most of them, so that when I inevitably get bored with the challenge league I have a stable of high-level characters across a variety of ascendancies that I can try out a new build with.

It's nice being able to grab a character with an open skill tree and a stash full of items to instantly try out some build idea or combination that it's not otherwise worth leveling a new char for.

Also, I don't play enough to get to late end-game maps and bosses in the challenge league, so if I'm going to ever beat Maven (haven't yet) it'll have to be in Standard.

I thought the character auto-deletes when you die?

Nothing. I just keep playing standard.
