Cannot proceed with the lost expedition quest

I have found ancient kalguuran text and questlog says I should return to Dannig, but nothing happens when i talk to him, neither in expedition nor in hideout/city.

Same here, I've found it two times already and it bugged twice, they really need to communicate on that. 3rd day of the League and we can't progress the main quest of the new mechanic.
