I think Dan said it best that the game is more catered towards tactics than reactions now.

Because flask immunity is gone you need to game the setups, the locations (where you fight) and character building keeping in mind flasks won't save you anymore.

Of course nobody knows how this will play out yet. The playerbase is part of the experiment. So far the feelings are negative. I fully expect most of the positive types to be negative soon enough when they realize that flask immunity was the only thing standing between them and failure. Yes, even the tacticians will die because you simply can't always control your circumstances regardless of how much you want to. This right here is the big problem.

When or how that gets fixed is beyond me. I guess if you can stomach the problem play along with it. I'm a few hours removed from my debacle with Hillock on the beach and a mana flask that refused to recharge. So I might go again. Will most likely end the same way though.

99% loot garbage if u dont use filter u can see that
u spending about 7-8 hours grinding what u gets ? only currency
no worth picking up yellow items unique items

what changed entire 8 years ? nothing

i uninstalled game today not even worth to test new league

The league mechanic is fun in maps and even more fun in it's rarer 'blighted map 2.0' version (Expedition Logbooks). I'm not sure we needed 4x currencies per vendor to pull this off, but they're all fun too (Mostly Rog) and I suspect this league will hold my retention for the longest ever (previous record was Perandus/Legacy).

Day 1 people already red maps etc.

The game is still ezmode just not as ez.

I am taking it a bit slower since I am on HC and working, and to be fair only act 1 seemed a bit harder, the rest is the usual so far and from what my mapping friends are telling me.

Been playing since blight league with 5K hours total of game. The last 2 leagues went to standard. Tired of creating new builds and start all over again from zero. Two leagues adjusting builds, spending most of currency to put them working. For what?
Minions are dying in T16 Maps like flies. Impossible to play with them like this.
Most of builds stopped working because mana issues and not able to turn on auras they had.
The few builds left with no mana issue, that usually make T16 and kill Bosses with some effort, but capable, now, forget it.

Never had a Massive DPS build, but had enough to play and have some fun with them.
Now, everything I spent time, effort and currency... is trash. For what? Not even in standard we can continue playing this game.

So... GGG to nerf the 1% 24/7 streamers that go to YouTube showing their Billion DPS with dream builds worth mirrors... just f**** the other 99% of normal players that play the game for fun.
Nice one GGG, is a matter of time to the 1% have to change the game they stream because no one plays it and watch the streams.

Enough for me. Tired of spending my time with a game that 3 in 3 months ur not even capable to maintain a standard build and all u done so far.

After 2 years... game over.

Everyone quitting, this is their vision. They don't want too many concurrent players? They said so themselves. Maybe 10 concurrent players eventually is the target?
