I'm still leveling but lacerate with multistrike feels really slow. Like it looks humorous to watch all 6 attacks go off. Do the challenger charges help a lot for smoothing it out? I was debating between the points in that or Reigning Veteran. With that and iron reflexes I gain like 25k EHP in my PoB while the charges adds about .50 attack rate.

Yes, arena charges helps a lot. You also want to use blood rage and ancestral protector to further increase your attack speed.

I have a stupid question; i have damage over time multiplier mod on my amulet,

how does it differ from physical damage over time multiplier mod?

Thanks for the answer.

There is no difference in terms of damage calculation, however physical DoT multi is prefix and DoT multi is suffix so technically you can get both on the same amulet. DoT multi also has no mod tag so it’s harder to roll while physical DoT multi has the physical tag so it’s easier to get.

Thanks for the replay!
Curious if anyone is planning on running Max Block/Bleed glad in 3.19?

Hopefully some buffs for us.

I am not looking forward to patch notes. I doubt any buff to unique or league mechanic can elevate this build to handle uber content level (even with investment).

Besides a defensive buff to flesh and stone this build is more likely nerfed due to the mana reservation nerf. I will still give it a try next league. Did some practice run (first map shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uly6uBgjvfw).

It is kinda ok. Switched a couple things around to get decent defenses unbuffed at lvl 90 with super crappy gear (my POB in the video describtion). Damage should be ok for mapping, as well as clear/move speed.

Since lake of kalandra is centered around mapping i don't even think this playstyle will be to bad in the next expansion.

Otherwise someone can just switch to LS Champion or CF Glad or something.
It is pretty sad since this was my most favourite build for a long time but for a quite some time it feels like every new league we are hit with some nerfs and have zero buffs...

Last league was ok for endgame mapping with moderate budget but with pretty much zero chance to defeat pinnacle bosses. This league mana reservation nerf and divine blessing removal will take away just too much.

Agreed. This build is awkwardly expensive comparing to traditional league start builds and lacks the explosive power to tackle uber content. For mapping, bow is likely better and for bossing, melee in generally is at an disadvantage.

Leaguestarted with Bleed Lacerate Glad (Character Loktrain), have 20k armour (40k with flasks active), 5.7k life, 17 fortify, 75 chaos res, 50/50 block and about 900k dps with my current setup. Investment is about 2-3 divines, but i crafted about 50% of the gear myself. Its ok for T16 mapping with Searing exarch, expedition, essences etc., can still do bosses ok. Damage is lacking in comparison to lightning strike etc, but that is to be expected.
All in all not "dead", but not top notch either.
With bigger investment 2-5m dps will likely still be possible (eldritch influence on gear, ryslathas coil, better axe, more DOT multi on gear etc., enlighten on gems to get more auras, more aura effect....).
