I want to see more chase unqiues rather than less. It's part of what drew me into POE back in beta. The dream of dropping a legacy Koam's or Shavs made it cool IMO. For a while there was only HH and maybe voices when delerium hit. Keep the hateforge like it is and don't be so scared to introduce powerful uniques to the game in the future. If they are super rare, its fine especially on console. You won't be able to buy one off of the market in console tbh, there may be 1 on the market and I guarantee you they won't sell it.

I am 100% sure it will get nerfed but honestly there should be more awesome uniques that shuffles end-game. The only item that survived the test of time was HeadHunter, I hope though I seriously doubt, that this item survives and MORE awesome uniques get added next league.
