Do you understand why players use the notice board? Its to find games to play not sift through garbage trade games. Players don't use it to trade. You do know this right?

Are you one of those players who do this? One of those players who are too lazy to use trade chat/forums. So, you sit there in a 1 player game for hours hoping some 'sucker' comes in an gives you want you want?


Im looking at the game list right now, its full of WTB/WTS.. And you think this is cool?



IF they implement a trade tab for the notice board would you still use the game section, in hopes of spamming players looking for games. Like you are fishing?


If they added a way to remove games from the list or block certain words, would you complain?


Really don't get why you think players should be forced to read through piles of trade games to find real games to play.


Because it is annoying. And from what im seeing, the only people that seem to be defending it are players who use that method of lazy trading.

Noticeboard. Not Partyboard.

People putting up notices on the Noticeboard.

Ouch, hard concept to understand.

Whine about it all you like. As of this current moment nobody is breaking any rules, nobody is exploiting anything.

"Lazy" people use it?

I'll bet you don't always look out for the harder, more inconvenient method to do things. You walk instead of drive/public transport? Do all of your paperwork on actual paper instead of using a computer? Use public payphones over a mobile? Yeah, thought so. So don't be so preachy and call Noticeboard traders lazy when the trade system is so inconvenient in the first place.

If you truly understand why people do it then you'll understand that forum trading is fucking inconvenient. Had a forum trader come online TWO WEEKS after we agreed on a trade and my PMs went unanswered. Don't pretend you like coming on randomly for two weeks to see if some guy on the other side of the world is on. And advertising your stuff/selling? Lol, prepare to keep bumping a couple times an hour.

Trade chat is laughable, you'll literally have to "bump" every 30 seconds and deal with ridiculous prices. Had one guy offer to sell me an item for 5GCP - I got a higher rolled one for 2 Alchemies. Lol trade chat.

Yes, this game is free, and therefore nobody is demanding any change to the trade system. Only rightfully pointing out the flaws. Regardless, when something is flawed, people will find their own way to circumvent it.

Don't like people putting notices on the noticeboard? Make a suggestion, PM a developer. Until it's changed, it's here to stay and people are going to do it.

By the way, in the same vein of all other responses to complaints... Play a different game.

P.S. I don't even do noticeboard trading. Haven't done it a single time. Most of the time I can't be bothered to trade - the few times I do, I'm met with equal amounts of GOOD forum traders and shitty AFK ones. So no, I don't do noticeboard trading. I just like to watch the whine and add some cheese.
