But tbh if we go back to basics having actually looked through this properly and tested stuff its
remove lethal pride (or just the keystone don't know what the passives give)
upgrade ring 1 prioritising %damage, upgrade belt prioritising % damage and get a 6 link, this puts you at ~ 1.5mil single target and whatever vaal lightning strike adds which should be substantial and is a reasonable number.
I'd love to give you a super solution but most of your values are fine its just the endgame tweaking now.
I've gotten the 6-link, a few more levels and some small gear upgrades + quality on my lightning strike (20% inc dmg)
I also respecced some points and went for another thread of hope and I even dropped the wrath for a grace and the damage feels much better now
