Well I play 3.14 but in standard and there I don't have a forced map in with Zana when opening to the boss fight.
So sorry if this is something special to ultimatum. However I stil think it has something to do with the boss fight conflicting with the map type crafted.....

But I have also read your replies in @OP thread and you never said this or I have misunderstood what you ment......

Like Vaaled / horizon orb the map and flipped to another region ?

edit: which is not likely. Atoll is still within the hunter-influenced region
