Nobody get's banned for scamming unless you do it a lot.
And by a lot I mean over the course of a few leagues at-least.

I have more 4000 hour played at ure game.
I have pay more 120$ (the first time of my life i pay more 60$ for a game)

except negotiations require chatting, don't do price negotiation in the trade window. As long as there would be an offer in chat(even if no response other than invite/trade from seller) you would be fine.

I have some doubts that GGG keeps all chat messages in their database, and that their support staff has the appropriate skills and access there, to validate the message exchanges. Most likely they can only work with screenshots, which you can no longer take after closing the game.
They would need to hire people for "game trading police", as for sure they would have many requests. Price fixers, scammers, people who don't respond to messages, etc.
