So they are tagged as spell, physical...
Can I also scale these two skills with bleed damage and bleed damage over time multipliers? Does it need to specifically say BLEED in the skill tag or is the physical tag good enough? Last bumped on Apr 14, 2021, 8:34:55 PM

It's not bleed so you can't scale them with bleed multiplier.
It's just generic physical dmg over time in Exsanguinate & reap |

Note that physical damage on your weapon is local, and will not affect the spell.

what about inquisitors battlemage node? will this scale the damage up?

" Unless you have Battlemage from inquisitor or specific items. I feel like battlemage should add to the base damage of the DoT mechanic as well, but it seems unlikely. Far more likely it will work like vortex, cold snap, etc, where it only adds to the hit. Interesting, looks like base DOT of Reap is 1463
With 5 blood charges, it is 2560 Exsanguinate is 1120, but stacks to 3360 For reference, lvl 20 Cold Snap is 1193 Vortex is 1456 Essence drain is 1503 Blight x 20 is 5140 Scorch Ray x 8 is 3520 So they put it into the middle of the dots, but it takes more to sustain as base duration is 1 second. |

these physical DoTs are really strong, and they scale really well with physical auras you can use
also keep in mind corrupted blood stacks, at 10, is like 3350 dmg. with exsanguinate and corrupted blood that is some serious base physical DoT dmg. enough for me to try to figure out how to make it work, at least. right downside is the duration and lack of further scaling. it almost seems as though they want you to use marauder for such skills, but that just sounds like a terrible idea. not sure what ascendancy would be best, though. the life cost on these things could seriously get out of hand so you'd need some MASSIVE sustain. trickster looks good all around and has access to other physical damage increases, but his sustain is really only beneficial after kills so bossing is uhh...could be iffy. yeah im not sure...could probably just roll with inquis but focusing on the DoT you really don't have the best ascendancy options other then Pious Path |

These new spells look slighty interesting to be considered as my league SSF league starter but the dmg scaling is lower than hit+crit builds due the natue of dots.
Will be at least cool for campaign or or maybe yellow maps when damage will start to feel lackluster. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
