[3.14] 2H Sword Juggernaut Cyclone General's Cry Lacerate,Rampage,Transcendence, Tanky

Any suggestions on leveling this? What's the best skill to level up to Cyclone and should I switch straight over at 28?

Shamino - thank you for all the hard work you put into these man, the vids are enjoyable and the builds are fresh.

Loving this build so far just about to hit 70 later today after work - question around the helm and damage taken - what are the mitigating effects on your 49% - I was looking at a few threads and people saying they get smashed pretty quick using this helm and I'm definitely beginner level still only 3-4 weeks into the game so don't wanna grab the helm without being prepared for the damage haha! :)
