We need a divination card for portal scrolls because im tired of picking them up

The cast speed is also obnoxious and if you get hit midway through the animation it cancels the cast.

Yeah, that's my take too. I get that PoE was launched as an homage to the early ARPGs and it's fine to have respect for tradition and the legacy that these games created. But one can't be bound forever to it because blindly continuing to do things the way they've always been done is an impediment to progress. Maybe there won't be any alternatives offered in PoE1 but I'd hope that PoE2 has looked at Wisdom and TP scrolls, and implemented something that is a bit more contemporary.

Is not clear that you should pick armoure's scrap/blaksmith's whetsone and sold then to the NPC to make scrolls? Especially where they drop together, like lab, boxes and harbringers encounters?

No we don’t need one for portals.

We need one for Perandus coins.

A full stack of perandus coins vendors for 200 wisdom scrolls which is 50 portals.

If you're picking up wisdom/portal scrolls, you're doing it wrong.

Transmutes/whetstones vendor 1:4 for wisdom scrolls. Portal Scrolls can be bought for 3 wisdoms. So even 1 Transmute is worth more than 1 portal scroll. And yeah, any time you have a massive dump of armorscrap/whetstones like from an artisan strongbox, just pick them all up and vendor later for bulk portal scrolls.

Better idea - remove portal scrolls and allow all classes to portal anytime.

You are also doing it wrong, at least for 3.13.

The best source of wisdom scrolls is to vendor perandus coins. They come in huge stacks in ritual windows and harvest crafts. I’m not sure how much 3.14 will nerf this though.
