Faith Guard Wings not come.

Funny thing, i go the wings in my twitch inventory but i can't claim them (anymore?)

Drop was not claimed.

That's the error message i get in a red banner at the top when i click claim, i logged out of twitch and back in, removed the connection in twitch and poe, readded - unchanged.

Any ideas?

I would ask Twitch then.

Looks like it was really a bug on twitchs end, i actually claimed them it just took some time (shows at the bottom on twitch) but i can still click the claim button with said error - it then took longer than i thought to arrive in poe plus it doesn't show as last entry on

then you either didn't see the stream long enough, didn't claim them on twitch (you ACTIVELIY ahve to claim them) or have the wrong account linked to twitch.

So again, make sure they are CLEARLY shown in twitch and CLAIMED before doing anything else.

I got magma wings in January. I watched the stream for 40 minutes. there is no drop on twitch.

Then you didn't press the "claim" buttom on twitch when it was on the screen.
This HAS to be done for it to work, so you will need to do this now or contact twitch support for help.
Nothing GGG can do if you didn't complete the process in twitch correctly.

Sorry for being late. I got the message that i can now get the wings in my inventory but when checking the inventory its empty. Only the magma wings from the last event are showing.

Did try to reconnect but nothing.

Edit. In Poe it shows: Failed to check for new Twitch entitlements. Please check back later!

then you will need to contact twict support and get that fixed. Then when the wings are shown as claimed on twitch then you can get them in PoE.
