if it is constantly happening to you it is extremely easy to get a short video and upload it to youtube, this kind of error is frequently user error(in fact a large % of posts in bug reports are user error/lack of knowledge)

No, the reasoning is that in a game with several hundred thousand players, if this was a somewhat frequent bug there would be alot of bug reports. So it's either player error or a very rare occurrence. Nothing you've posted so far points towards this not being player error, that's why anything supporting this being a bug is important.

The problem of this forum / company is , even legit bug with full page of 10 different people and their screenshot that show a legit bug, they choose to not reply it or add the issue to known bug list.


So that if you don't have any concreate evidence , it is more RNG to suddenly interested to investigate some alleged bug that have no concreate evidence

Wasnt it already a protocolled and "fixed" bug yet? I am pretty sure about it.
