And so GGG stands their ground with the will of the players still intact.

you seriously have an issue here..harvest is not OP. It just gives people a chance to craft their own shit instead of grinding currency all day long to buy crap other people crafted.. I grinded harvest until today and i have completed two items in total..The problem with harvest is TFT..making them crafts available for people with alot currency..I for one welcomed harvest for deterministic crafting and projects i could persue over the league. Most of the time it was even frustrating because you always get the crafts you need just so often and than they would roll t6 life or so..
i've seen some posts from you touching the harvest nerf and seriously none of them where constructive at all. Instead it feels like you just bash on people who actually enjoyed harvest for what it is. Those people, like me btw, are not engaging in TFT or trades at all..and for us it is really hard to get one or two good items in 3 month time. I dont really understand what you try to archive here with posts like this.. Last edited by RaZeR1976#6427 on Mar 24, 2021, 4:55:49 PM

" Don't bother with that old dino. She gets 40 challenges by 3 weeks if it's a tough league. |

" It is a problem. Chris even said so himself in the manifesto: " I do agree that Harvest was a little bit OP even without TFT. But TFT made that little bit of OP, very OP. You'll never get your typical "market manipulator" (like I_NO over there) to ever agree to TFT (or any corner of trading) being a problem or being OP. TFT was/is in practice a MORE multiplier when it comes to Harvest and its power. TFT should've been a PART of the Harvest nerfs, but GGG were too afraid to do so. Because if they made restrictions to how an item is being traded (account bound, craft bound or anything), the backlash would be WAY bigger than the response to their current Harvest nerfs. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

Yes, because account bound will affect everyone that is not a SSF player. Suddenly you are cut off from the strongest mechanic unless you engage with it, you can't trade to get it. Meanwhile things like double influenced items are freely traded. Account bound will set up a dangerous precedent and will be much more controversial than what we have now.

" How are you cut off from what is randomly available to you in game?People just think harvest is OP because they bought all of their crafts from TFT. You could personally engage with the strongest mechanic in the game "YOURSELF" like people in SSF or Trade League and than come back and tell us again how overpowered harvest reall is. I wasn't buying any harvest craft of TFT even if shit rolled the lowest possible tier in a mod on an item and you got frustrated by it. i admit i was tempted to buy my crafts but at second thought i understood it wouldnt satisfy me as much as if i would have grinded that last bit myself. |

" I agree. With everything. The only difference here is, that I don't see "Suddenly you are cut off from the strongest mechanic unless you engage with it" as a negative, while the majority of the player base does. Anyhow, a craft-bound system would've been a better solution than an account-bound system. But hey, I'm weird - and believe that the game would be better off by making ALL "services" non-tradable. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" GGG has zero interest in nerving known "0,1% strategies" , where in the first days of the league mirrors get printed. Actually everyone who is not abusing those strategies adds to their value , since there are less people which saturate the market. Watch some videos on what to do during a leaguestart , and if you do it properly you can make several mirrors in the first 3 days of the league. Ofc its easier when you have a party but there are also a lot of viable strats which one can pull off solo. Guess what all of those strategies require? Thats right a market where you can sell shit to. There is no known "run a map get raw exalt drop strat" except 100% deli farming ( and even that is not consistent ) , and honestly there shouldnt be. |
