General Discussion - I ran 100 t14-t16 maps everyday for 30 days. 0 Exalts found. - Forum

I don't understand how this is even possible. I have a vod on twitch where I literally ran nothing but blank, unmoded, T16 maps and got like 3 raw out of only like 45 maps. I have had very bad luck with raw currency so I know it can sometimes take a very long time to find one, but you had to have found some got armor or jewelry or something in the meantime no doubt. something does not add up. 100maps, alc'd with sextants and maybe scarabs will give you at a minimum 1 exalted orb. Going into Valdo's or Blight maps may drop a few exalt shards every 10 maps, so you can at least make 1 exalt orb this way. I learned real quick that I need to be casual and enjoy my progress. Then when its time to farm: 1) get a good map, 2) manipulate Atlas for map drop, 3) chiz+alc+reroll for good quant roll, 4) add at at least 2 delirium orbs, 5) put in basic scarabs,6) roll good sextants (4-12 tries). I will get lots of currency to convert and recoup in the long run, and 1 exalt orb every 10-15 maps because each map has over 5000 mobs and each map has over 100quant. This post could only be true if you didn't bother with any of these factors and if you didn't take advantage of rolling good mods on your magic watchstones. Well, +1 to not believe 3000 maps claim But i also have not drop a raw ex yet, but still swimming with ex with Harbinger spawn in Valdo region of the atlas, Harvest craft selling. While is true that you may not get many exalts per league, you have to remember that you are getting a good chunk of "Liquid Currency". Things like all the fusings and all other crap clogging your inventory, even the botched maps that you refuse to run, they all have value to someone and can be traded around (even if trading sucks). I play a lot. This league I probably got 10 raw EX dropped, none until maps. I have had a couple of leagues where I only got 0-2. RNG is the answer, just like linking a chest. Thank goodness fusings are cheap compared to the old days, and also thank goodness there are so many ways of making currency that it mitigates raw drops to a certain extent. PS to GGG - rethink Harvest nerfs - just shut off Discord trading.
