Have you considered that most whales are in their 30s with careers; for some spending 500 dollars on a game they enjoy is less than a drop in the bucket.

i dont despise it, if i did then i wouldnt play it at all but i certainly dont enjoy it to the point where i would spend money on it.
if i was just unlucky for a couple of leagues then i could accept that,but always unlucky for years? since 2016? never catching a break? no i dont think so

Did you also include more everything into your equation? Because compared to last season (which also had people print exalted orbs, just not from mapping) we have more monsters on every map, more mob density and more ways of generating currency from plain mapping.

This anecdotal "evidence" is just that.. anecdotal.
