Certrain streamer gets multiple Mirrors from Ritual.
" Of course seeds have nothing to do with some selected players having better RNG than others, but rather the fact that some players are fucked from the get-go if the seed code is being made my 12-years olds. GGG have repeatedly explained how it worked, what went wrong and how they fixed it. Yet, people hear the word "seed", and start to think "my bad RNG is due to a bad seed, fuck GGG". Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

*facepalm*
Some people don't understand the difference between proof and assumption apparently. At the time there was a bug with how Delve loot was generated. It was fixed. Big deal. Unless you have any evidence that'd support OP's claim that certain streamers get way better RNG than regular people while considering time played, playstyle and setup, please excuse me while I try to waste my time better. The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

^ yes of course GGG is beyond reproach.....
I hear believing whatever the fuck craziness you want is all the rage nowadays. I have no idea if GGG still uses seeding to control loot saturation currently, because it would be insanely difficult to prove beyond doubt. But they sure as fuck did in the past when the curtain came tumbling down despite some back pedaling and a master class in developer spin. There were countless amazing posts from the community about what was happening, discussion about how seeds had been used in previous games, their overall usefulness, impact on player retention, and more. All I was saying is Never Forget. What people dont know(ignorance)or choose to believe(delusion) is beyond a problem I'm capable of solving. *also side note that all our our time on this game and in this forum is a total was a time. " What's the problem with things being character specific, as long as it's created randomly - and temporary? The randomly generated code created based on your character is just the same as mine. The problem is when bad coding makes bugs presistent, making things not random - and not temporary, which was the delve bug. "Seeds" have this obscurely bad reputation in gaming, while being (in some form or another) used in most (if not all) games with some form of procedurally generation. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" Sure but this wasn't random or temporary, or anything along a reasonable set of logic. There may be well existing internal cooldowns on specific loot tiers, diminishing returns, scaling, and all sorts of things that while debatable, certainly have levels of logic and understanding to them. Be here, simply put, upon character creation, there were items in loot tables completely and permanently unavailable. You could see how/where people would then take this. Why would that have been a thing to begin with? To control drops of specific loot, you simply disable them upon character creation based on rng assignments? Imo that's brutal from a player experience standpoint, even if you try to explain it from a developers economic reasoning. It's lazy, and there are better ways to balance (not that this has been GGG's strong point anyway, but thats a whole other thread) "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

" It's a conspiracy by GGG to promote their game to the twitch audience /s. What is the value of my own life when it is taken from others so easily?
