Is firefly really good? Cuz I've seen some trailers of it, and idk but it looks kinda cool but weird. I really love shows that makes you think, and shows/movies were the world is almost about to end etc. Could I like Firefly?

" Its a western. In space. With commentary and setting similar to USA's civil war, except that the good guys have already lost, South has won and the show starts with Mal Reynolds, one of the people who fought for the loosing side, spending his days disillusioned, living life of a salvager and pirate in space in the regions that would equal the "new world" setting of earth's history. That is till he comes upon something(or someone) that the Alliance(a sort of fusion of USA and China) would rather want to keep hidden. now paint it all in usual crazy awesome joss whedon style. |
