MS is very much viable skill, just needs some adjusting when building char.
In his video it's almost obvious what to do.
He even said it in description, something that i've noticed too while testing MS on my poison build.

There is also one interesting Deadeye MS char on Ninja. Kudos to that dude. I appreciate out of the box thinking and open mind to push something different.

Just to add, my MS Jugg from Delve (MS prime) had about 2 mill dps and was amazeballs for me back than. More than enough to farm UE all day long.
It can be easily made to be on same level now.

Explody just isnt illegal its just a bad bandaid fix for melee which can be abused by spellcasters to better degrees. Therefore id argue Explody chest should be removed from the game.
