Are Ritual Base Types bugged?

According to POE Mapwatch, I've ran 700+ maps since the last patch. I have not seen a single Ritual Base Type in my rituals since the patch. Previous to the patch I had found 5, several of them during early game leveling.

I just found 3 and finished it today. just unlucky I guess?

they are extremely rare I wonder if they have an increased chance in juiced rituals, think i've only had 3 of the base types so far for the challenge and i don't skip rituals (though i do forget to take anything often :p)

they are very rare. this challenge is the only reason i still do rituals since the rewards are crap, and i only got like 5/9.

Was at 6/9 for a long time.
Started a new character and found 3 while lvling |

Was at 7/9 for like two weeks. But its easy after they changed the challenge to be 9/27. Not a fan of RNG challenges that much.

I got 8/9 before patch & the 9th to complete it just yesterday. Before getting the 9th, I got plenty of repeats.
The thing that I find strange was I can't find the Ritual encounter Sanguine & by observing others Challenge it looks like it's not that rare compared to Apocalyptic, & I already found 4 of those. " Which one you referring to with the golden coins shower, the Apocalyptic or the Sanguine? The Apocalyptic is like the Infernal with rocks falling but your screen goes yellowish/golden, the Sanguine I don't know yet since never seen one. An interesting note I found out yesterday. You get credit for progress towards the challenge if you defer an item but not actually obtain it lol.
