**Bump for more visibility** . This looks like a large cluster of users and there are numerous WinMTR's now made available to GGG in posts on the top of this thread
Did anyone post a WinMTR using a VPN? Kali asked for that and it might be helpful. I am using a VPN that only hooks to my game/it won't work with WinMTR, or else I'd have posted one
This issue has stopped for me

My game does still continue to crash. Thank you very much for derailing my thread with other probably unrelated problems.

Someone in the process of troubleshooting with GGG support should do this. I bought a VPN just to see if it would fix the problem and it's been about 5 hours now with no instance disconnections, which started happening 2 days ago like OP.
If any GGG support read this post I hope this info is helpful in fixing the problem. I have troubleshooted myself doing everything that has been suggested in other threads and this is the only thing that has fixed it.

but if a VPN solves the problem, then that means one of two things -->
1. that there is an issue with your ISP and the trafic routes / peering routes to GGG's hosting partner.
2. there is some security software either on your PC, the router/modem or in the ISP network interfering with the trafic.

Hey yongsucc, that sounds interesting.
Just to be sure we are having the same problem. In the beginning your instance servers disconnected you (probably crashed) to the login screen, then after reconnecting all portals where closed. And second, after that happened for a few days, instead of the instance server crashing/closing, your game client crashes instead. And you could fix the crashes by using a VPN? Without the VPN your client is crashing again?
