It's no secret...

Cash prizes are a great motivator for many to compete, showing, keeping interest, overall just enjoy more playing/supporting this game. If one had a choice to grind for pixels or money, it's clear what that choice would be for most.

The current game in its state still has a lot of issues to deliver superb structured events on a consistent basis for many more to enjoy, participate and support, but I do see a potential, which is a good thing. Now, if GGG as well as those who benefit the most from this game success see this they'll want to continue investing resources in this concept.

This is where the game has evolved through the many years, which is why this is where the most opportunity and potential there is, but again there's always space for other things to be delivered to appease to more markets through time.

As long as the right individuals are involved in the right job, regardless if it's lead development or promoting events good things will be happening for this game and its community. 3.13 did bring improvement and what I would like to see (what can be easily done in the current state that is), what I would start supporting financially and not just play and enjoy the game for free as I have is if Delve events start happening every two or three weeks with a 30 days duration.

This format would help the community to consistently have an event to join in, participate, with a greater chance at winning at the end. Whatever prize is available for each event to be evenly distributed to the top 3-5% percent, while the 6-10% receive a set amount of points they can use on anything in the store.

You can figure that percent based on unique accounts reaching X amount of delve/level and if the prize is not attractive enough entry fee should be introduced, and more importantly, with the amount of attention and overall interest this game will be gaining for becoming more than just a game, like the hundreds of others available on the market, the more rewarding it should start become for many to play/practice/learn (enjoy it).

Finally, all I can say is despite what GGG and its promoters have been doing so far it hasn't delivered for me yet, which is why they haven't opened my wallet, but hey if another Heist does happen I might again donate $10 to GGG... to keep their doors open.

To be more specific, a $5250 prize pool being rewarded to the top three is not acceptable for a single 30 days event per league with the amount of participants. Overall, the less trivial the goals are the more one can separate from the rest, who finish em all usually by the time someone wakes up from sleeping, which is why its promoters need to focus on that. If the community wants better and believes they could be receiving significantly more, well start supporting the right individuals if the current ones aren't delivering for you.

Just stop it, GGG is not going to pay you to play their game.

I think someone needs to let you in on a secret only you don't know yet:
Begging GGG to give you a chance to earn money to play their game gets cringey after a few attempts.

It gets doubly cringey when you probably wouldn't ever see any of that money because others always get the top slots. But you won't. I think I may have seen you on a poe ladder once, on page umpteen-diddly-three or so. Nowhere near a prize of any kind.

Just give it up, and get a job. It's way less embarrassing.

Most of the replays are simply "low effort", but I did not expect much more from public response. It takes much more for one to understand what I am discussing and then bring a constructive argument to it.

I understand discussing on a particular subject can be as challenging like keeping your character alive. So, please continue to practice and perhaps there'll be more posts that are deserving of more attention and worth being replayed to.

Buy yourself a dictionary to keep it handy with you, wherever you're going. I would be spending much more time reading it than these forums. It would help you greatly to make a clear distinction of the words you are using, and precisely use em with their exact meaning (definition).

What you are doing is simply wanting to believe in something that doesn't exist. You are making your entire imaginary world or in this case an image of what you would want it to be rather than what actually is, and the saddest part is to witness you lying to yourself while doing it...

Ah, for those who need to look it up in a dictionary: "umpteen-diddly-three" means "a large number, I can't be bothered to establish exactly how large"
:)

So now you know. Better every day, huh?
