Dashing Twice with one click
As a change of pace, instead of a fix. If its something in my settings I'm doing wrong, please let me know.

My dash casts twice all the damn freaking time and honestly I don't even want to use this skill anymore, I rather use flame dash in a attacker build than to keep double dashing unnintentionaly with Dash + Second Wind and moving where I don't want to.

Bumping. Look if at least 2 other people have found this thread, then its happening to enough of us that this really needs to be addressed. Its very frustrating and really makes me not want to play whenever I die to it

I have the same problem with Dash / Flame Dash / Lightning Warp / leap / Shield Charge - All movement skills ( doesnt matter if i put it on Q / W / E / R )
Any idea why? |

Nah I want to know that too. I have the same problem, though I get it most often with Dash. I feel like it has something to do with action speed and their animations flowing tech they made cause that was when it hard broke for everyone. They said they "fixed" it afterwards but it has never gone away for me.

I have the same issue but i was thinking that is normal lol sometimes dash 2 times or sometimes do the rubberband effect.

" Definitely not normal and really needs to be fixed. I had been doing some testing and it really looks like this only happens at very fast action/attack/cast speed. I can do it consistently with Dash, but with a lot of cast speed flame dash does it too and with a lot of attack speed whirling blades does it as well. Without being able to look into how anything is coded or implemented, my best guess is that faster speed is causing the trigger to use the ability to be so short that it is registering a second use of the ability. This is due to, in my opinion, how animation flow was coded in that it is trying to determine whether the key is being held down (Skip ending animation and go into the second move) or a single press (Play ending animation). |
