Bramble Valley is overtuned

Every harvest related mob is extremely overtuned. The harvest bosses seem to have more hp that most endgame bosses lol, even t3 mobs like crushclaws are extremely rippy

Yes it's a bit overtuned when you take the damage it will one shot early league with scratch build/life/low mitigation. While some other bosses are dramatically easy.

Whats fucking overtuned is Baran influence monsters lightning detonation skill.

I have to agree with overtuned Baranite Thaumaturge mobs. I avoid doing the maps with them like the plague if I am even remotely close to lvling up.
I would add a +1 to bramble valley's boss being overtuned, it isn't that its too hard its that its several measures harder than the equivalent tier map bosses.

A +1 from me, too.

Someone said it was on par with the Acid Caverns boss. I'd go one further and say that that Bramble Valley's boss is significantly more rippy. Between the Harvest-style attacks and the walls of darts and multiple other spawns, it does feel a bit disproportionate. All of this in a fairly tight arena area.

Too funny.

I ran this map a lot on t14 and never died once to this boss.

But I have lost count on how many times I have died to the Canyon bird man and Necropolis unstoppable bleed man.

So funny how this game works.

One of the reasons harvest mobs are rippy imo is the fact they all spawn at the same time and aggro at the same time. Even if you have lots of dodge/block you can get deleted if unlucky enough, but the worst is for builds that dont have a lot of avoidance (relying on mitigation/recovery). If you roll turbo with high awakening level, and another damage mod, its ridiculously scary and rippy.
How is a boss that puts you in a bone cage that you immediately dash out of unstoppable bleed man :p

Canyon boss is very spicy if you don't kill them at the same time or are just generally being lazy, but still not as bad as bramble valley
Canyon boss you just kill the bird first.
If you pop a bleed flask the dog is never that scary.

If you have solid real phys mitigation, neither of them are too scary imo

Yes, I read that a bunch of times. Problem is when he's in the middle of another a pack and king harby pack and there's a million things on the ground. I have difficulty finding him, sometimes is all. And my phys mitigation isn't the best, even with flasks.

I just stopped doing the Canyon map and running Necropolis and Maze with harby sextants, no boss fights. Very safe. The xp from those two with harby packs is surprisingly decent at 98. If you set up your maps, scarabs, fragments in advance and just rip through 20 at a time, the xp is not bad.

Sorry, I forgot - if the bird is enraged it can deal a lot of chaos damage with its caustic arrow.

Which can be a pain if youre not at least in positive for chaos res. But if there was one thing the conquerors expansion that taught me is to not neglect chaos res, LOL
