Seems to still be an issue. Just occurred for me. Ate through 22gb of ram.

Yup. It's throwing "Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition." and crashes without error after two zone changes on Vulkan. After Ritual, I didn't have a single problem with Vulkan.
