PSA: Solution to stop Crashing with Ryzen CPU's

I used to crash every 5 mins with my first gen Ryzen 1600. I'm now at 25 hours of game time without a single crash after disabling SMT.

Working on my Gen 1 Ryzan! Disabled SMT (and id a re-install, because....meh...this is annoying). No crashes in 12 hours of play!!!

Fixed mine by just disabling the A-XMP in BIOS.. for now there are no constant crashes.. i just realized i did have this problem on last league and the fix was disabling a-xmp too..
