Constant crashes with no bug messages 3.13.1

Ryzen 1700x GTX 1080 TI, Crashing to desktop with no info given why, since the last patch to fix crashes. Be grateful for a fix sooner rather than later, please

Still crashing unfortunately.
Getting an out-of-memory error despite being at 40-50% RAM usage:

Guys i had the same issues as you.

Also Ryzen 5 1600 and Ryzen 7 1700 on both systems.

Removing Windows Update kb4598242 fixed it for me!

I have a ryzen 1600x and a 1060 6gb nvidia (driver 446.14 because of VR issues with newer nvidia drivers) game is on a fast m.2 ssd, 32gb ram.

Constant crashes after the latest patch, every few minutes, sometimes faster. Just loading hideout or a zone crashes it. I get no error message whatsoever, it just closes on me. I checked the client files and there are no errors at the end as well.

I played several hours fine with no crash before this latest patch, its very clearly related to these latest changes.

If i disable multithreading i have a lot less crashes, but it still crashed in boss fights and randomly in other places, like maybe every half hour or in other instances several times per map.

I did a complete reinstall of the game, including deleting all folders in my user folder, this DID NOT help at all.
I also tried all kind of graphics settings, vulkan, dx1 etc. it all crashes. Texture streaming also got a lot worse with the patch, they load in slower now then before. Vulkan also seems to load them slower then dx11.

Anyway, i didnt think it would make sense but i uninstalled the: Windows Update kb4598242 and since then the game has had no more crashes at all.
The very weird thing is that the game ran also fine before the latest poe patch with the security update from windows in place. I hope this helps you GGG guys to fix this, id rather not run without security patches.

getting the same thing, this is driving me crazy.. 3.13.0 i'd crash maybe once or twice a day, it's getting progressively worse, i can't get 20 seconds into a blight map now

You should disable multithreading in game, not on the CPU itself. This worked for me and alot of other people with first gen Ryzen.
I'm actually thinking of getting a new CPU, since the linux bug also still persists. People on reddit say that you can still RMA a first gen Ryzen directly with AMD, so idk maybe that's worth a shot...

It seems this game hates Ryzen CPUs, never had a single issue with another game.
