This happened to me twice tonight on Merc Lab AFTER doing a bunch of annoying stuff. Not fun. Also AMD gpu, 480x.
Also mine is installed on an HDD and has been for many years. This issue still isnt resolved. Now it just crashes you without the error message.

I'm running 1660 super and I'm also constantly experiencing this bullcrap. And not only crashing, I think I'm also dying when crashing since my exp is smaller than before I crashed. This is sad cuz I don't want to quit but the crashing is making me want to. :(
