Triad Grip all White sockets??
" This. Last time I've tried (2.8) chancing 1000 Onyx Amulet (possible outcomes: Carnage Heart, Eye of Chayula, Astramentis), I ended up with a rough chance of: 80% Magic 19.5% Rare 0.5% Unique Bear in mind that it is absolutely too little attempts to call for Great Numbers (though, back at my university, they stated "30" is a big enough number of attempts to do it), and that chance of chancing a unique is equal to chance of dropping (in my previous example, I had 3 Carnage Heart and 2 Chayula, but no Astramentis). The fact, however, Triad Grip is the only Unique for its type may help a bit. Of course, Trash to Treasure is also an option. I dare say fossilcraft + chance is slightly less expensive than "4L and SCIENCE it" |

"Don't bother, it does not worth it, this is why there are so few WWWW gloves on market. I'd rather recommend to go for GGGG option. Chaos damage is hard to scale on minions. For elemental damage you have Elemental Equilibrium and a bunch of auras and curses, for Physical damage you have Impale/Pride/Dread Banner/Hatred/Vulnerability, but for chaos damage, you have only Despair curse and Poison. Go for GGGG, you'll get better results. Good luck! |

" I disagree Put a Whithering Touch Support on your minions, and you get auto wither stacks. Even without wither totems you will get bosses to -90% chaos resist quite quickly. This combined with Despair, which you can self cast for doom bonus, since you dont need to proc EE, AND the fact that monsters have lower chaos resist than elemental resist AND that chaos resist bypasses energy shield, you will be scaling chaos damage BETTER than other forms of damage, AND do it with less clicking, always a bonus for minion builds, which tend to attract low low click players. BONUS: Minions are reflect immune, and player does no damage spells or attacks, so reflect maps are ez mode. I love me some 4 white socket Triad Grip Minions, but the cost of the gloves deters me. Maybe if someone posts a build that works for T16 full delirium maps, more people would be interested into double-corrupting these gloves. In the meantime, my experience is that cold conversion performs better then chaos conversion.
Reflect immunity is not that much of a perk - you can use Sibyl&Yugul, or save the map until you have a watchstone with "You and your minions don't take reflected damage". |

The only real benefit to chaos is the ability to ignore reflect mechanics. I didn’t look at minions this league, but I did the rest since Blight. Physical always performed best overall, though you could eek out a little more dps chaos at the cost of massive defensive loss. Cold was a much cheaper option to eek out a bit more dps with the same defensive loss. You also run into not needing 4G sockets for minions. I’m going to look into minions again for 3.13 and expect to continue the physical trend if I do.

During leagues you can usually get a 4W pair for about 2ex, which is the easiest and cheapest. If not, just run alva missions and double corrupt them, should not take a lot more than 4 tries.
As others have noted, chaos sounds good but performs not so great... Physical gets impale + pride + Maim, without sacrificing gear slots. Cold gets hatred and bonechill boost, plus you can abuse elemental equilibrium so everything gets -50. Chaos get wither, but requires set up time and totems can die to aoe. CHaos + Arakaali spiders is pretty cool though, good dps even after the nerf. |
