With cyberpunk being the most amazing looking peace of art will poe get ray tracing?

Cyberpunk 77 is one giant pile of dogshite.

I played it for 14 hours and its absolute disaster.

-The animations feel dead and wooden
-The bugs are insane.
-The whole gameplay is meh at best.

The whole game experience is of a garbage.


Score 4/10 out of me..

Worst 60$ spent ever..

Honestly I don't think Ray Tracing is a big challenge for PoE team, they scaffolded an engine from scratch and reinvented parts of it consistently over the years.

Ray tracing directX concepts, API and best practices are like 150 page read total (at maximum) and I think that most of the people that have worked on PoE engine have done harder.

PS: I enjoyed Cyberpunk 2077, it's not my favorite game but for an open world it's decent(I'm not sold by the genre), had big controversy so I expect to be updated with good content on top of on already good casual game.

Please no, this is how we got shafted with bloom. Adding silly visual effects that will only serve to reduce the visual fidelity of this game should not be in their current priorities, if anything culling unnecessary "artistic" effects that obscure mechanics and make the game look less clear should be what they are heading towards rn. These effects look great when you're walking with 0 movespeed in blood aquaducts or twilight strand, but they just make it look far worse during actual gameplay.

I think after latest shitshow from them GGG will get even more active players lol

I would love to see ray tracing in PoE - HO, Cities etc. at least.

Imo Cyberpunk is similar to Witcher 3 - 5/10 for mechanics; but quests, story and presentation 9/10.

i enjoyed cyberpunk though x'D sure wasn't near as great lmao but still worth 60 from me bought worse xd

There will alays be worse game than Cyberpunk tho hype and expectation was so high and they promised us so much from this game... but in reality pure buggfest :D Its a shame.... good company.... they just rushed unfinished game...
