to change an e-mail on an account there is only 2 options -->

1. Doing it yourself and the process here is that you type in the new e-mail you want to use. The system will then send a confimation e-mail to the OLD e-mail with a link you have to activate. After doing that, the e-mail is changed on the account. Is it possible that your e-mail could be hacked ?

2. Asking GGG support to do it. The process for this is to e-mail GGG support and ask for this to be done. They will then send you e-mails (plural) with account security questions that have to be answered correctly. After this is done, GGG support will change the e-mail on the account.
So this "someone" knows the answer to the security questions.

it's possible that your e-mail have been blacklisted now because of this case.
Try sending them a PM using the MESSAGES system on this website.

FYI: You do understand that if you send multiple e-mails to GGG then you will never get a reply because of the way their Helpdesk Ticket system works -->
it's based on a simple queue system so each time you send a new e-mail, your ticket is reset to the back end of the queue.

My account has been locked today for no reason apparently. I'm afraid that this can happen to me. GGG hasn't answered my e-mail yet and I don't know what's going on.
