GGG stopped responding to my emails for one reason or another ... I created this account as per GGG request
What can i do GGG to get my account back I am desperate here
you can ask for anything I am ready to provide

So if you have used your creditcard, then you will need to provide "certified" documents from the bank showing this and confirming / showing the transactions including your goverment ID cards.
To prove account ownership, then there is several speciel questions that you need to answer correctly for GGG to accept this.
However it sounds like you have breach ToS either by using 3 party software, did RMT or things like this. The same properly for your brother.
It can also be that you used your creditcard and then later made a chargeback.
However GGG will not talk to anyone about account related stuff then "the account" owner. Also they will ONLY handle account support via e-mail or PM's.
You can't do anything regarding your brothers account and the same goes for your brother regarding your account.
If GGG have said that a case is final, then this is why they no longer reply to you or your brother anymore. Making threads about this on new accounts doesn't help.

your brother has appealed and lost the appeal for the ban, meaning GGG have reviewed it at length and have decided to enforce the ban.
End of story, you, your brother or friends and guild members spamming support to try and get an unban isn't going to help.

the keyword in your argument is "ban" i will not go into all this trouble to left a "ban".... but it wasn't a ban.... it's a "locked", at least this is what it says when we try to log in ...
he didn't do anything wrong.. just the verification process costs him his 7 year of account...
the funny thing, this could happen to any of us, specially when support where asked how to avoid any of this in future, they replied, "there is nothing u can do"..
to get what we are going through... just imagine loosing all ur MTXs everything you have paid for "and not all of us r wealthy" but we wanted to show our gratitude and supported to GGG for an amazing game experience. and then all of it got disappeared.
AGAIN, i promise if it was a ban i would have understood that i have done something wrong and i deserve it, but sadly it wasn't.................

I'm very sorry but as we're unable to verify account ownership and due to the damage done, we're unable to restore access to this Path of Exile account.
So name calling, threats and so on can do things like this.
There are rules in place and those have to be followed by everyone.
Nothing can be done via the forum.

i promise u we have asked the same questions over and over and over "what damage" without any response, we dind't name call any1, or threat any, i can get players to vouch for us.. we have been good to the community of poe and in real life.. if that even matter.
i do thank you for the link since i believe it will be the only option.. was hoping by creating this thread that some1 could .. u know double check the whole thing or to finally get an answer on what is behind "the damage done"or any reason for losing the account.....
being unfair is something we have never ever expected poe to be.. otherwise why investing so much time and money into it...
