Hey sorry dude, just came back to the game a few days ago. Usually a mana leech jewel or mana leech on your ring fixes this issue, but you'll have to hit them with cyclone.

I'll try to update this build and improve on it this week, I'm really looking forward to testing it in this league. I'll report back :)
