Action speaks louder than words.
Removing stun immunity is fine, but you have to at least fix the desync. Just implying (in the 3.11 manifesto) that it is uncommon does not make it a non-issue, especially considering its popularity as a direct damage skill and as a trigger skill. You can probably sell more cyclone MTX with it properly fixed anyway, so it's really a win-win between development time and player satisfaction. | |

eh... boo on cyclone. i really wish there were more skills that were as easy + versatile so there could be more build diversity.
but, so long as cyclone is the most used skill ever, i guess it makes sense that it'll get a community MTX. |
