I want to find out what is the reason for the banned account, to prevent this from happening again!
What is secret or difficult about it? If I broke something. then explain what it is. If I don't know this, how can I avoid it in the future? It's logical! If GG keeps the secrets of its algorithm for finding violators - this is their right, but we as customers have the right to know what our violation is. If this is software, I will search for which one and delete it! If I am accused of RMT, I will try to understand what game situation they took for a violation and will not do it again, because I value my account, my money and my time! " well one thing you have to remember, is what you agreed to in the ToS when you created your account. That's a "legal" contract between GGG and you. I read the rules, and that's why I didn't break them!
I did not use third-party software, did not engage in RMT, did not use bots, and behaved culturally both on the forum and in game chats. But once I bought everything I needed for the game, I stopped spending money on POE. And apparently this is the only reason for blocking my previous account.
