Unfair ban for breach of Section 7 of our Terms of Use

Hello there,
Sad story, Week ago i have been cought in the ban wave. I looked on forums and saw many people having problems with their accounts. After reading comments from staff and veterans of forum i wrote the message to ggg on their support email. Waited over a week. Made new account to just try new build while i'm waiting for my main account to be back. Today in the morning i saw on phone that i did recive a answere from ggg. Was super happy, went made coffee and after that i sat on chair to read it up. In short i have been permanently banned... Now from what i read i breached section 7 of terms of use : 1. Adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Website, Materials or Services other than in accordance with the Licence. - I did not copy, distribute, print, display, publish or anything related to this point. Definetly was not a couse of permanet ban 2.Modify or adapt (including through third parties and third-party tools) the game client or its data, other than in the normal course of PoE gameplay as permitted in accordance with the Licence. - I did not use any cheat program to mofify or adapt the game. No speed hacks, automated rolling items, automated using of fuse orbs. I don't think it was a couse 3. Utilise any automated software or ‘bots’ in relation to your access or use of the Website, Materials or Services. - If they would saw my gear and how much currency i have, they would laugh that i'm so poor. Was thinking if under this point being a idle for 5-10 min and doing something on other screen can couse a ban? 4. Knowingly perform any actions that may cause the computers used to support the Website, Materials and Services (the “Servers”) to become overloaded or crash. - Now after begining of the league i had some problems with heist. While beeing in heist port i was lagging a bit. So i did change networking options in game option which did not help at all. Skiped the heist in mid day and done it at late or early morning when servers are empty. Did not use any third party program to ddos the webside or servers :D 5. Connect to the Servers through any software other than the authorised game client software. -Next please, i'm not a good with computers don't know how i could do that 6. Use any data gathering and extraction tools or software to extract information from the Website or utilize framing techniques to enclose any of the contents of the Website. - So from this point i understand that using programs like checking prices or that overlay program is against the term of use. I don't use such programs. Especialy i don't sell items on poe.trade i just buy them. Chaos recipe for the win. I went in last days on twitch and youtube to watch streamers how they play and top of them are using such programs. Don't see them getting baned. 7.Use any meta tags or other hidden text which incorporate Grinding Gear Games’ name or any of its intellectual property including trade marks. - I don't understand this point so propably don't relate to me. 8. Perform in-game services during your use of the Website, Materials or Services for any form of compensation outside of PoE. - To do such thing you would need to be master of farming which i'm definetly not. I don't buy items from some kind of auctions for real money. It's pointles and the game is loosing interest if you would do that. 9. This includes the use of third party software such as botting and trade tools, and also Real Money Trade (exchanging in-game goods or services for external compensation). - No boting, trade tools or what so ever. Now conclusion. After going point after point i'm sure i did not breach any point of "term of Use". Playing alone, not having auto respond to anybody, not selling items, not using overlay, price check ahk, boting or other bulshit. The only thing i use is path of building "fork' in the back ground. Let's be honnest i'm a newbe can't make the build my self. Now having a second account and playing the same way by not using any third party program should i be scare of getting baned? I did invest in my main account, tabs and such. Now i did lose all of that for playing honest? I know the veterans will come to get me that i'm laying... Ofcourse there will be no aswer from ggg. Becouse they don't talk about this topics. My account was deleted... To be honest it's shocking... Need to be a streamer this days... Last bumped on Dec 28, 2020, 7:01:10 AM

" Assuming all you say is correct and you didn't miss anything (like mouse or keyboard macro's), then yes your new account can also get banned for the same reasons that your old account...... |

True i did agree to them.
But what would you do if your account was pernament banned even if you don't use any cheats, programs, macros and such? I feel cheated by ggg. Copy paste reply without explanation what exactly i have done is offensive. |

I don't want to make a lawsuit about ban. I'm looking for a conversation from ggg in pm helping me with this problem.
The thing is that i'm 100% sure i don't cheat and don't do shady things in the game. Knowing which point i broke actualy from the "terms of use" could lead to solving the problem. Like i did point every of them i don't feel i diserved a perma ban. Maybe while i was having laggs i coused server problems. Then i know that i need to call my provider there is something wrong or check my system. Being idle in the game maybe be suspicious. Game being in the background while i'm working or surfing on internet cousing some kind of problem. |

" I wish you GL. Like I told you, GGG doesn't reply here for these kind of post and you were told in your e-mail reply that your case have been reviewed and ban confirmed. So only "option" is an "external" one. |

" This might shock you, but since i don't cheat i don't get banned, and i've been doing that since 2012, through ALL the ban waves, and i'll remain unbanned since i don't feel the need to cheat in any form. Simple fact is that you were caught in the automated system (something that picks up abusive behaviours or detects programs running) and were banned, you appealed, that appeal was viewed by one or more persons and they agree that the ban was correct, they would rather not ban people but they are not going to let you get away with cheating (no matter if you spend money on the game) And they don't specify what because it give YOU an idea what you would need to do to bypass future detection. The thread is pointless, it won't change their minds, no one else will fight the case for you (nor could they). Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

it can be trade macro, flask macro, mouse macro. Best way to avoid this ban is don't use macro and live in stone age and play slow and "ineffective".
