Doing Heists is extremely rammish, other than that, it crashes and the NPC bugs all the time. I can't stand it no more, it's too late already for bug fixes. I suggest you guys to improve the testing crew, a lot of bugs could be easily avoided if the league was tested properly (like the stash and stair bugs that pissed me off).
