Items with "built-in" support gems - mana cost? nyctas lantern

The "free" supports add to the mana cost. My ek had 2 supports elsewhere and cost 51 mana, 1 support in nycta and cost 75 mana. But it's nice like a 6l. Been pouring chroms trying to roll that GGR
